Winter Fun

Casey had 2 weeks off around Christmas, and we had so much fun. We played in the snow, built a huge snow man, went sledding, rode a carousel (sp) and just played! We had so much fun together!

Christmas 2010

Christmas was so fun this year with both boys! They had a great time! I am so grateful for my family, I am also very grateful for this Christmas season, and the true meaning of Christmas!

Kyle is 3!!!

I can't believe that my baby boy is 3!! I guess he really isn't a baby anymore. He is doing so many big boy things, like: going to the potty, kind of dressing himself, using big boy words like "Mom, that is excellent, or I am frusterated, or I am starved down to my bones!"

Here are some of Kyles likes at 3 years old:

-Loves loves loves dinosaurs (He can name about 10 different types)

-Equally loves loves loves dragons

-Snakes, frogs

-Cars

-Trains

-Any ball that he can find

-Golf (Like his daddy)

-Loves to play with his brother and hold him

-Loves to tell stories, and read books (Here is a story from him that he told me this morning)

*"Once a time" there was a huge, huge, huge, huge, bear, and this bear had a friend named Kyle. Kyle was playing with a fox, and the little bear came over to Kyle and the fox and played. Then they had some lunch "pecause" they were starved. THE END!! "Mom, now you tell me a story!"

"Once a time" means Once upon a time

"pecause" means because

"brefkits" means breakfast

Kyle, I love you so very much, you are my little buddy! I love how you always ask me to rock you at night. I love how everything deserves a "banday" -bandaid-! I love how you come in our room in the morning, and say, "I missed you mommy and daddy, I love you so much! Now, can I have some 'brefkits' I am starving" I am so proud of you, you are such a sweet little boy. You make me laugh every day! I will love you forever!

3 year old stats:

Height: 39.4 inches 88%

Weight: 30 lbs 35%

Luke is 2 months!

I can't believe how fast the time has gone, Luke is already 2 months! He is such a joy in our household. We love our boys so much!

Things he has started to do:

-Ohhs and Ahhhs (which I melt every time he does it, it is the most adorable thing ever!)

-Smiles up a storm.

-Loves to be cuddled

-Loves his big brother to talk to him, and tell him all about his animals.

Luke's Blessing

Luke was blessed Dec 5, 2010 by Casey. It was a beautiful day, and Casey did a wonderful job blessing our son. I am so grateful for an incredible husband who is worthy to bless our children. I feel so blessed in my life, and I love my family so very much. We are also grateful to family and friends who joined us on that specail day. We love you Lukie!

New Happenings!

I can't believe our little baby is almost 2 months. In that two month time, we have been doing alot of sleeping, playing, bubble baths, and more sleeping!!!
ps (Kyle loves to get every toy he has in his room and put it in a HUGE pile, and then say, "Mom, can you PLEASE clean up that mess!") Ummmm, let me think nope! He makes me laugh every day, he is our little clown, love him!!

Halloween

Halloween was sooo fun! Kyle LOVED being a dragon, he is all about dragons, snakes, and dinosaurs!! Complete boy!! Luke was a monster for Halloween, even though in real life he is a total angel! We had Halloween parties at both our families houses.

Kyle LOVED going trick-or-treating! I stayed home with Luke, but Casey took Kyle out, and it was pouring rain! Casey said that Kyle was the nicest little trick-or-treater ever! He would say, "Thank you so much!" after every person gave him some candy! What a little sweetheart! I love my boys! Casey also dressed up on Halloween! I LOVE my sweet old man husband!
