Kyle

Kyle is getting to be so big! He said the prayer in primary a few weeks ago, all by himself. Casey and I just sat back and watched him in amazement, we are so grateful for 2 incredible boys! This is what he said in his prayer, "Dear Heavenly Father we are grateful for this day. We are grateful to be here at church. Grateful for mama. Grateful for the kids. Grateful for mama. Grateful for the microphone. Grateful for mama. Grateful for Lukie. Grateful for mama. Grateful for all our blessings. Grateful for mama. Grateful for our teachers. Grateful for mama. (I finally had to go up and help him end it, or I think it might have gone on for the rest of church!) In the name of Jesus Christ Amen. Love my Kyle!!

Luke is 6 months

I know I am posting this a month late, but better late than never. Lukie is our smiley BIG butterball. He smiles no matter what. I Love going into his room in the morning to get him, and he is smiles from ear to ear! It makes my day!

Things about Lukie 6 months (7 1/2)

* LOVES to eat

* Love to smile

* Loves to watch Kyle and play with him

* Loves opening and closing books

* Loves sucking on everything

* Loves to touch and grab everything

* Has 2 teeth

* HATES the grass

*Hates to be hungry for more than 1 second

* Cries only when hungry or tired (how lucky am I)

* Talks all the time, tells me stories in his own little language, I must say, I adore this about him

* Just started sitting up on his own

Happy Easter

 

We had a wonderful Easter this year!! I LOVE LOVE spring, because everything is in bloom, and coming back to life. I am so grateful for the atonement and what is means to me!! I am grateful for my wonderful family whom I love with all my heart!! I am truly blessed!

Baby Animal Days!

"AHHH I am tired, and it is wet and cold!"

We went to Baby Animal days in Logan, and oh my word was that a hit! Kyle LOVED picking up and petting all of the animals. I'm NOT so sure the animals loved it! The day was very rainy, but we still had a blast!

Yo ho Yo Ho a Pirates Life for Me!

Kyle keeps us on our toes!!  He is sooo funny!  He loves to make everyone laugh!!  He loves to dress up as different people!  We made this little pirate costume, and had a treasure hunt looking for gold dabloons!  He wanted a boat in the water, so we laid out a blue blanket, and put a storage bin on top, pretending to be a boat in the ocean.  Our little pirate went around the house saying “ARRG Maity!”  ALLLLL NIGHT!!  (what fun!)

Vegas Baby!

Our family LOVES vacations!  We went to Cedar City and stayed at my Aunt and Uncle’s house.  They are great!!  We had such a fun time talking with them and playing games.  Kyle of course found the TOYS, and he was set!  The next morning we woke up to SNOW, we couldn’t believe it!  So, we skipped Zions and went straight to Vegas. 

Vegas was great!  We saw all the great hotels, and the extravagant things they had to offer.  Kyle was a fan of all of the loud music in some of the stores.  We have a dancer on our hands!! 

Funny story: we were walking on the street and Kyle saw people dressed up as Woody and Buzz, of course he was so excited!  Next to them was a man dressed in all gold, who was standing perfectly still.  When you put money in his bucket he screamed out “AAWWW, OOOUUUUU!”  Scared Kyle to DEATH!!!  Well needless to say, we kept going.  After dinner at a fabulous Belagio buffet, melt down from Lukie, and mad dash from the restaurant, we started back to our hotel.  On our way there Kyle said in a sing song tone as if he was looking for these people, “Woody, Buzz, Mean guy!”  Casey and I were laughing so hard we couldn’t stand it!!

I am so grateful for my family and the fun times we always have together!  Love you all!

Luke is 4 months old!

Luke is 4 months old!! I can't believe it. He is more adorable than ever. Some names he goes by: Lukie, Little chief, Little man, Luksters! He is all smiles! He is always smiling every time I look at him. I look over at him in the morning, and all I see are him gums because he is smiling so big!! He LOVES to eat, his diet consists of rice cereal 2 times a day, and six 7 oz. bottles daily. He loves to play with his brother, and watches every move he makes. We love our little Lukie more than ever!
